Recovery from addiction is a lived reality in millions of people’s lives.

Plans for the 2nd Annual 5K Bird Walk for Recovery are underway!

We are so excited!  Last year more than 100 family and friends of Seneca ‘Bird’ Gibbs took part in the first Annual 5K Bird Walk for Recovery.  Let’s top that this year. I know we can do it!

The Bird Walk is held in September during National Recovery Month to bring awareness to help remove the stigma attached to recovery and mental health issues and celebrate the recovery community.   Help us grow the walk by registering or sponsoring a walker.

To register for the walk or to sponsor a walker click the blue register online now button next to Seneca’s picture.

If you have 5+ years of  recovery check the box for Honor Guard on the registration form. The Honor Guard will lead the walk as a beacon of hope for all to follow.

On-site registration begins at 7A however we encourage everyone to register online.

The pre-walk expo begins at 8A with a speaker from Regional Mental Health.

The walk begins at 9A.
